Hollyren Cosmetics organized a full team activity in September of the golden autumn season. In the morning, all members were grouped to participate in various competitive activities, and in the afternoon, all members jointly built the "Sailing Boat"!

The morning event, all members were divided into several small groups, which required both competition and cooperation among teams. Although there was a competitive relationship between teams, we saw "altruistic" behavior of helping each other among different teams during the event, as well as "innovative" behavior that summarized the experience from other teams and designed a more suitablemethods for self team.

Men are responsible for building the hull and other parts of the ship that require more physical energy, while women are responsible for drawing the sail and other parts that require less physical energy. In the collaborative process, each member actively exerts their subjective initiative and communicates closely with other members to eliminate information gaps.
